Telfar Puff Remix
A self-initiated remix of Art Camp's Telfar Puff campaign. We took the existing campaign footage as source, ran it through a Stable Diffusion pipeline to generate a new aesthetic, then hand-illustrated all 600 frames over the AI output. Co-directed with Santiago Carrasquilla.

What does AI look like when it's the source material, not the result?
AI PIPELINE
The campaign was already finished. We treated its scenes as input. Frame-by-frame Stable Diffusion, multiple style and prompt iterations until movement held across the sequence. Consistency across motion was the hardest constraint, not aesthetic.

HAND LAYER
A small test: a few pure AI frames next to frames Britton had illustrated over by hand. The hand layer won. So every frame got painted over. 600 in total. The AI is the underdrawing. The surface is human.
